Hammers boss David Moyes allegedly wants to bring the 22-year-old Nice midfielder to the London Stadium this summer (Give MeSport).
It seems as though Moyes will have his work cut out if he is to bring the young Frenchman to East London this summer though…
Big blow for West Ham with Liverpool reportedly in talks to sign Khephren Thuram
L’Equipe reckon that the powers that be at Anfield are in constant dialogue with the Frenchman, and have been in talks to sign him for a couple of weeks now.
If the Reds do win the race for the Nice ace’s signature in the summer transfer window, the Hammers will be kicking themselves for not moving to sign him quicker.
He has the 10th most progressive carries per 90 minutes out of all Ligue 1 midfielders this term (Euro Expert), and has been described as an amazing player by Total Football Analysis.
Standing at 6ft 3in tall, Thurman is an imposing presence in central midfield. He is incredibly powerful, full of energy and stamina and is as dynamic as they come.
The Nice midfielder is reportedly valued at a whopping £53 million by his club.
Khephren Thuram would be the absolute perfect signing for West Ham this summer, but it seems as though Liverpool are in prime position to obtain his signature.
And if the Hammers miss out on the 22-year-old, it will be a real shame in my opinion.
