However, Torino are not flush with cash, and have numerous players on loan who they want to sign permanently at the end of this season.
And the Italians are allegedly trying to get a discount on that option. It will be interesting to see what the Hammers do. David Moyes failed to utilise Vlasic correctly and as a result, he was viewed as a flop but many of the fans.

Nikola Vlasic twist as Torino try to take liberties with West Ham
As mentioned earlier, the Italian club have an option to buy Vlasic for around £11 million this summer.
However, TuttoMercatoWeb claims that the Turin based outfit have made an opening offer for the Croatia international worth €8 million (£7 million).
UK Daily News have described the 25-year-old as a ‘superb’ player.
It’s just such a shame that Moyes never played him in his strongest position during his time at the London Stadium.
Since joining Torino, he has played exclusively in the number 10 role, and has bagged five goals and eight assists in 36 games so far this season (Transfermarkt).
It’s clear that Nikola Vlasic is happy with Torino and would prefer to move there permanently from West Ham in the summer transfer window.
However, if the Serie A side don’t meet the Hammers’ demands, he could very well return to East London before the start of next season.
