Manchester City will only sell Bernardo Silva to PSG if they can convince the Ligue 1 giants to part-exchange with talented teenager Warren Zaire-Emery.
The Parisian giants have admired Portuguese star Silva for a long time, but they will have to force Man City to sell, as the Treble winners do not intend to lose the 28-year-old just yet.
PSG are offering various players to try and bring down the £70m asking price for Silva, but according to RMC Sport, Pep Guardiola’s side are only interested in one man – who is also not up for sale.
Guardiola appreciates Zaire-Emery, the talented 17-year-old midfielder who played 31 first-team games this term, and became the youngest ever player to start a Champions League knockout game when he played Bayern Munich in February.
While the Man City manager believes he can be the one to shape Zaire-Emery into a top-class player for years to come, PSG believe their young talented midfielder to be untransferable, leaving the pair of super clubs at an impasse.

Warren Zaire-Emery, 17, has been at PSG since 2014, and the Ligue 1 giants have no plans to sell
Zaire-Emery has been part of PSG’s youth teams since 2014, and is set to see at least a decade in the club’s ecosystem, with two years left on his contract.
Earlier this year, Mail Sport highlighted how emerging players like Zaire-Emery and El Chadaille Bitshiabu suggest a change in PSG’s mindset from the big-name players that dominate the headlines.
Manchester City are competing with Liverpool and Borussia Dortmund to obtain Zaire-Emery’s future services.
Dortmund are scouting out the 17-year-old’s availability as they look to replace Jude Bellingham following his big-money move to Real Madrid.

However, it is thought no discussion for a possible extension of Zaire-Emery’s deal has been initiated yet.
Meanwhile, Silva is thought to favour a Spanish challenge, but could be seduced by PSG’s attempts to win the Champions League after years of dominance in Ligue 1.
PSG won their domestic league in the season that has just finished, but they fell in the last-16 of the Champions League to Bayern Munich.
Manchester City achieved both the Premier League and the Champions League, to accompany their FA Cup final success earlier this month.
