West Ham United have reportedly knocked back an official bid from Torino for Nikola Vlasic.
According to Corriere dello Sport (print edition June 15th, page 22), Torino have made a €9 million (£7.7 million) offer for Nikola Vlasic – that’s below the €13 million (£11.1 million) valuation set by West Ham though.

Hammers boss David Moyes brought the 25-year-old attacker to the London Stadium from CSKA Moscow in the summer of 2021 for around £26 million (The Sun).
He joined Torino on loan last summer after an unsuccessful season with West Ham. However, the Serie A side have already missed the deadline to sign Vlasic for a pre-agreed £11 million fee.

Nikola Vlasic twist as West Ham reportedly receive truly insulting offer
CDS claim that Torino have lodged a £7.7 million bid for the 25-year-old Hammers owned star. He won’t be going anywhere for that price though.
West Ham reportedly want at least £3.4 million more than that amount.
Vlasic was in fine form for Torino this season, bagging five goals and eight assists in 37 games for the Italian side.
Bleacher Report once described him as ‘incredible’, and when the Croatian is on form, he certainly is a very good player.
Despite his struggles with the Hammers, he is clearly a very good player. In fact, the main reason he struggled so badly with West Ham is that Moyes played him in completely the wrong position.
The 25-year-old was often shunted out on the left wing – a position where he was rendered totally redundant because of his lack of pace.
I just feel like we never got to see the best of him in a Hammers shirt.
And if Torino up their offer for Vlasic by just £3 million or so, we will not see him play for West Ham again.
