West Ham United manager David Moyes is keen to bring Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher to the London Stadium.
According to Claret and Hugh, who have close connections with David Sullivan, West Ham would be open to a cash offer from Chelsea for Declan Rice, plus Conor Gallagher.

Hammers boss David Moyes needs to bolster his central midfield ranks at the London Stadium in the summer transfer window, with Rice expected to depart.
It is suggested that the 23-year-old is available for around £40 million this summer (talkSPORT).

David Moyes is keen to bring ‘special’ £40 million Chelsea star to West Ham
Claret and Hugh suggest that Moyes could be tempted into a part exchange deal for Rice involving Conor Gallagher.
I would really like to see the Hammers sign Gallagher.
He has been described as a special player by Eurosport, and when he’s on form, he is a top-class midfield player.
He has incredible energy, drive, passion, determination and commitment to the cause. On top of all that as well, Gallagher is incredibly gifted from a technical perspective.
The England international is at a stage of his career now where he should be really looking to kick on by playing week in, week out. I’m not so sure that he will get the chance to do that at Stamford Bridge, and a move to the London Stadium could be perfect for him.
Now, whilst I don’t believe Chelsea star Conor Gallagher would be a like-for-like replacement for Rice, he would certainly add some much needed quality to Moyes’s midfield options.
West Ham manager David Moyes has to get his transfer business 100% spot on this summer after some questionable signings last year.
And Chelsea ace Gallager would undoubtedly be a top-class addition for the Hammers.
