West Ham could face fierce competition from Tottenham in the race to sign Chelsea star Conor Gallagher this summer.
According to Football.London, West Ham target Conor Gallagher is set to leave Chelsea with new Tottenham manager Ange Postecoglou keen to bring him to North London in the summer transfer window.

Hammers boss David Moyes desperately needs to bolster his central midfield ranks at the London Stadium this summer, with Declan Rice being tipped to leave the club.
And whilst the Hammers manager wants Gallagher, Tottenham entering the race could provide us with a real problem…or will it?
West Ham could hurt Tottenham by signing ‘immense’ Conor Gallagher after big transfer claim
I actually believe that the Hammers could be better positioned than Spurs to sign the England international this summer.
I would really like to see Moyes bring Gallagher to the London Stadium from Stamford Bridge.
He has been described as a special player by Eurosport, and when he’s on form, he is a top-class midfield player.
The 23-year-old has incredible energy, drive, passion, determination and commitment to the cause. On top of all that as well, Gallagher is incredibly gifted from a technical perspective.
The Chelsea star is a really hard worker and on paper, he has everything that David Moyes looks for in a player.
Conor Gallagher really needs to be playing regular football now, especially if he is to play a part for England at the Euros next summer, and he’ll be much more likely to get that at West Ham rather than Chelsea.
It is suggested that the 23-year-old is available for around £40 million this summer (talkSPORT).
And for that price, I think he’d be a superb signing for the Hammers. However, Tottenham going in for the Chelsea ace could cause us all sorts of problems this summer.
The thing we all have to remember though is the fact that West Ham have European football on offer at the London Stadium, whilst the same cannot be said for Tottenham.
Maybe, just maybe, the Hammers hold the advantage in the race to sign Gallagher in the summer transfer window.
