Arsenal are yet to submit their second bid for Declan Rice with West Ham waiting on a new-and-improved offer worth up to £100m
- Arsenal have already seen one bid rejected for midfielder Declan Rice
- The Gunners are expected to make a new and improved offer for the Englishman
- The second bid is thought to be worth £100m but has not been submitted yet
Arsenal have yet to submit their second bid for Declan Rice with West Ham waiting on their new-and-improved offer, though this is a transfer wrangle that seems set to rumble on.
The Gunners saw their first attempt at snatching the 24-year-old midfielder from their rivals immediately rejected. That was worth £90million, including £10m in add-ons, and fell some way short of the Hammers‘ valuation of their captain.
Arsenal are expected to launch a second bid worth £100m including add-ons, though that has yet to arrive at West Ham.
Hammers insiders say they are in no rush and, unless the Gunners bid high, they are happy to wait to see what other offers are made.

Chelsea and Manchester City are also known to be interested in Rice, while Manchester United have been linked too.
West Ham sources said on Sunday that they expect bids to arrive from the interested parties within the next seven days. All four clubs have already registered their interest, Mail Sport can confirm.
Arsenal had been keen to tie down this deal sooner rather than later, but now find themselves locked in a four-horse race.
