According to a report from the Independent, Manchester United have lowered their demands for West Ham target Harry Maguire.

Man United were recently demanding around £50 million for the 30-year-old centre-back (The Sun).
And now it seems like Hammers boss David Moyes will be able to pick him up for a reasonable fee…
Manchester United have changed their stance on Harry Maguire amidst strong links to West Ham
The Red Devils could now sell the 57-capped England international for just £35 million this summer according to the Independent.
I think that the 30-year-old defender would be a superb addition for the Hammers, contrary to what many of our fans would have you believe.
Maguire’s teammate Luke Shaw described him as ‘unbelievable’ recently (The Mirror).
He has been an absolute man mountain when playing for England over the past few years but has been the target of heavy criticism for some of his displays for Man United.
The thing is, he is far better suited to playing in a side that sets up with a deep backline – just like Leicester did before he moved to Old Trafford.
It’s why I think he’d be perfectly suited to the Hammers. He’s incredibly strong in the air and is a real leader.
For £35 million, I think Harry Maguire would be a strong addition for West Ham, albeit a slightly overpriced one. However, if we could pick him up for closer to £20-25 million, it would be an unbelievable deal for the Hammers.
