West Ham transfer target Conor Gallagher of Chelsea has a concrete offer on the table from Newcastle.
Football journalist Dean Jones has told Ranks FC Ultras Podcast how Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher could join Newcastle rather than West Ham in the summer transfer window.

The East London outfit are allegedly very keen to sign the 23-year-old Blues midfielder this summer.
Gallagher would be a fine addition for Hammers boss David Moyes at the London Stadium this summer.
However, it seems as though the Scot will really have his work cut out if he is to bring the Chelsea man to East London…
West Ham transfer target has a concrete offer on the table from Newcastle
The Hammers clearly have a big battle on our hands, if we are to sign Gallagher from Chelsea this summer.
Dean Jones said:
“Conor Gallagher has been linked to West Ham. He is a name that has been thrown in there, my information on Gallagher is that he doesn’t want to leave Chelsea at all, but if he has to leave he will consider it. Everton and Newcastle both have tabled offers, he is very aware of what he would get if he went to either of those clubs.”
He’s been described as an ‘immense talent’ by Sport Bible.
He has incredible energy, drive, passion, determination and commitment to the cause. On top of all that as well, Gallagher is incredibly gifted from a technical perspective.
The England international is at a stage of his career now where he should be really looking to kick on by playing week in, week out. I’m not so sure that he will get the chance to do that at Stamford Bridge, and a move to the London Stadium could be perfect for him.
Whether he’d be guaranteed to play so regularly at St James’ Park is debatable. However, the Toon have Champions League football on offer this season, so the Chelsea star may well find that tempting.
He’s available for around £40 million this summer according to talkSPORT. I think that would represent decent value for whichever club wins the race for his signature.
And if Newcastle beat West Ham to the signing of Conor Gallagher, it will be a huge blow for us.
