France international Dembele signed for Barcelona from Borussia Dortmund in 2017 for £97million.
Dembele has played 185 times for Barcelona and has scored 40 goals, while he has provided 43 assists.
Has has won three LaLiga titles and has won the Copa del Rey twice.
Dembele’s potential arrival at PSG isn’t linked to Kylian Mbappe’s future, although it remains to be seen if his France international team-mate will stay at the club.
Mbappe turned down the opportunity to join Al-Hilal, who made a world record bid of £259million.
The striker has one year left on his PSG contract and hasn’t signed a new deal. PSG are therefore looking to sell the striker now rather than losing him for free next summer amid interest from Real Madrid.
