The East London outfit have been linked with a move to sign the 24-year-old Leeds midfielder as a potential replacement for Declan Rice (90Min) – and it was suggested that he’d cost us around £30 million.

West Ham can now sign Leeds star Tyler Adams for bargain fee as The Athletic make fresh claim
The Athletic reckon that the American will be allowed to leave Elland Road if any club makes a £20 million offer for him.
The Leeds man is a good footballer, and £20 million for the 24-year-old sounds like great value to me.
I think that Adams would be a very solid addition to our squad, but let’s be honest here – he’s not fit to lace Declan Rice’s boots.
So if the 36-capped United States international is the only central midfielder who Moyes signs this summer, then I think it quite simply won’t be good enough.
However, if Adams is brought in alongside an elite box-to-box midfielder – someone like Ibrahim Sangare, then I think we will be in great shape heading into the new season.
David Moyes signing Tyler Adams for just £20 million should be a no-brainer for the West Ham boss as far as I’m concerned.
