Ludicrous report claims West Ham are demanding £30m from Euro giants for Nayef Aguerd
Napoli want to bring the Morocco international to Italy from the London Stadium this summer, and the Hammers are allegedly demanding £30 million for his signature according to Corriere dello Sport.
There is absolutely no way this is true. For a start, that’s how much West Ham paid for him last summer.
He’s our best central defender and has something that none of our other centre-backs have – blistering pace.
With so many keys players having left already this summer, and more being linked with the exit door, Moyes quite simply cannot afford to lose anyone else.
West Ham won’t be selling Nayef Aguerd this summer, and certainly not for £30 million.
This is just a complete non-starter as far as I’m concerned.
