Paris Saint-Germain do not appear to have made any progress in their bid to sell Kylian Mbappé or renew his contract.
While playing the wait with Real Madrid, which has still not shown up, Kylian Mbappé maintains that he wants to go through with his contract at PSG. It is not yet clear if this is an attempt to lower the price of a transfer this summer, or if he prefers to collect a huge signing bonus from Real Madrid next summer.
According to Padlock SER, Mbappé didn’t listen to any of PSG’s offers. The Parisians even offered Mbappé a new contract until 2025, but with a ‘guaranteed transfer’ clause, which would allow him to leave next summer anyway, but with PSG paying for him.
However, and this is understandable, Mbappé prefers to take for himself all the money that would be intended for a transfer
The French striker seems to want to control his own future above all else, and has never committed to a long-term contract since signing for PSG. Real Madrid and Florentino Perez will no doubt be keen to do so on their side.
