Stay with Football365 for all the deadline day deals, rumours and bullsh*t. It could be a daft one…
Here are all the summer transfer deals already completed.
6:11pm: Fabrizio Romano confirms Football Insider‘s report regarding Patson Daka, who is ‘closing in’ on a loan move to Bournemouth. A buy option will be included.
6:01pm: Forest are not f***ing around…
Callum Hudson-Odoi has completed his £8m move from Chelsea and he’s penned a three-year deal. The Blues were stupid to reject £70m for him a few years ago.
5:54pm: Bournemouth have done some great business this summer and according to Football Insider, they are now set to sign Patson Daka from Leicester City.
The forward has ‘rejected’ Burnley and he’s now ‘putting the final touches’ on his move to the Cherries.
5:52pm: More medical news from Sky Sports, who confirm that Brennan Johnson is set to start his medical ahead of his £47.5m move to Tottenham.
5:49pm: Amrabat medical!
Man United could (and should) have signed Sofyan Amrabat a few weeks ago, but they have unsurprisingly made a mess of their pursuit of the midfielder. Though they are finally getting their man, with Sky Sports reporting that he is ‘undergoing a medical’.
5:41pm: Divock Origi to Nottingham Forest. Here. We. Go.
Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that the striker has been “undergoing secret medical tests” in the UK ahead of his return to the Premier League.
5:38pm: Jonny Evans is sticking with Manchester United for the season…
The veteran defender has signed a one-year deal after impressing Erik ten Hag during pre-season. He’ll probably be another player who will get a game ahead of Harry Maguire…
The homecoming, made official.
After eight years away, Jonny Evans is back where it all started ❤️#MUFC

5:32pm: Di Marzio bomba!
The Italian journalist is claiming that Nottingham Forest are ‘set to sign’ former Liverpool striker Divock Origi on a ‘simple loan’ from AC Milan. They are also – according to Sky Sports – showing ‘interest’ in Chelsea’s Trevoh Chalobah.
5:30pm: Don’t worry Liverpool fans…
Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that the Ryan Gravenberch transfer “should be and will be fine”, with the “feeling very clear that he will play for Liverpool”. Phew.
5:21pm: Bayern Munich in the mud…
They will not be signing Joao Pahlinha, Trevoh Chalobah or Armel Bella Kotchap. German journalist Florian Plettenberg confirms a deal for the Saints man is ‘off’, while The Evening Standard are reporting that Chalobah will now stay at Stamford Bridge.
5:18pm: If we were to pick out this summer’s most left-field signings, Andy Carroll to Amiens would rank pretty highly but Aston Villa’s Keinan Davis to Udinese is a belter as well. He’s completed a permanent move to Serie A.
5:16pm: Sport1 journalist Kerry Hau is now reporting that Bayern have ‘failed’ to sign Joao Pahlinha from Fulham. In her own words… ‘madness’.
5:13pm: Down in the Championship, Birmingham City top prospect George Hall – who has been linked with Liverpool – has penned a new three-year contract. They’re having a brilliant transfer window.
5:05pm: Transfer collapse alert!
Fabrizio Romano has revealed that Joao Pahlinha’s move to Bayern Munich is ‘currently collapsing’ after ‘taking pictures in their shirt’. Could this impact Liverpool’s deal for Ryan Gravenberch?
João Palhinha completed two round of medical tests, took pictures in Bayern shirt but deal is currently collapsing ⛔️ #DeadlineDay

5:03pm: Another player in at Nottm Forest!
Nicolas Dominguez is heading to the Premier League outfit from Bologna in a straight swap deal involving Remo Freuler.
5:00pm: The German transfer window has now closed. Bayern are still attempting to finalise deals for Joao Palhinha and Armel Bella Kotchap.
4:58pm: Spurs are still trying to bin off Tanguy Ndombele…
Sky Sports are reporting that Galatasaray ‘remain an option’ for the Tottenham flop and the transfer window in Turkey will stay open until September 15. His situation has been complicated by his insistence on playing in the Champions League.
4:52pm: It’s time for more Mo Salah goodness…
90min reckon Al-Ittihad are willing to ‘break the world record transfer record’ (£200m for Neymar, in case you didn’t know) to land the Liverpool forward, who has already ‘reached an agreement in principle’ over personal terms. This deal may not go through today, but it surely will in the coming weeks.
4.49pm: Over in Spain, Barcelona – according to Ben Jacobs – are ‘confident of signing’ Joao Cancelo AND Joao Felix today. Importantly, these deals have already been ‘approved’ by La Liga.
4:43pm: Over an hour after the big Maatsen reveal, Sky Sports have woken up and put their two pence in.
They confirm that a ‘deal has been agreed’ between Burnley and Chelsea. This would be a ‘loan with an obligation to buy’ for £31.5m (how much!) But the sticking point is that the player is ‘leaning towards’ staying with the Blues. One to keep track of…
4:38pm: The Che Adams deal may not be dead after all. The Daily Mail are reporting that Wolves ‘remain in talks’ with Southampton and the Championship outfit ‘will allow him to leave under the right circumstances’.
4:30pm: Trevoh Chalobah may be sticking around at Chelsea as his move to Bayern Munich is ‘currently off’, as revealed by Fabrizio Romano.
The Bundesliga giants have ‘no agreement’ with Chelsea and they are instead ‘working to close’ a deal with Southampton for Armel Bella Kotchap.
4:26pm: Transfer nerd Fabrizio Romano is back with another update on Piere-Emile Hojbjerg. He confirms that Atletico Madrid will have to up their bid to land the midfielder.
4:21pm: Second offer for Salah?
Journalist Ben Jacobs is reporting that Saudi Pro League side Al-Ittihad have a second bid ‘ready’, while Sky Sports reckon they are ‘prepared’ to offer as much as £200m for the attacker. Liverpool should snap their hands off if this is offered…
4:09pm: Luton Town chief executive Gary Sweet has told Sky Sports that they are trying to sign Arsenal’s Albert Sambi Lokongo on loan, while Wolves are braced for more disappointment as they are ‘unlikely’ to sign Southampton forward Che Adams.
4:00pm: Sergio Reguilon to Manchester United is a #donedeal.
Sky Sports are reporting that this is a ‘straight loan’ and there is a ‘break clause in January’ to cover United if he’s doing sh*t, presumably. That’s two deadline day signings for the Red Devils and Sofyan Amrabat *should* be their third.

3:50pm: Bournemouth are signing Luis Sinisterra on loan from Leeds United, reports big Fabrizio Romano.
3:45pm: After agreeing a deal to sign Brennan Johnson, Spurs have made a £40m bid to sign Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher, according to Standard Sport.
The Blues want closer to £50m, however. This could be one to watch…
3:25pm: The theme of deadline day has been the midfield domino effect…
Atletico Madrid have made a fresh offer to sign Spurs’ Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg on loan, says Fabrizio Romano. If he goes there, Fulham might not allow the sale of Joao Palhinha to Bayern. Could that see Liverpool’s deal to sign Ryan Gravenberch scuppered? We doubt it. But it would be pretty funny.
3:20pm: Bloody hell, Chelsea are good at selling players, aren’t they? They have agreed to loan Ian Maatsen back to Burnley, who will have a £31.5m obligation to buy. Obligation! This is according to Telegraph journalist Matt Law.
Jacob Steinberg of The Guardian adds that Maatsen is ‘reluctant’ to leave Chelsea.
3:15pm: Arsenal have agreed to sell Rob Holding to Crystal Palace for a measly £4m, says Telegraph journalist Mike McGrath. Yes, that does mean Arsenal started a £4m centre-back at the Etihad in a Premier League title decider.
3:10pm: Andy Carroll has joined Ligue 2 side Amiens. Interesting.
3:00pm: Mohamed Salah’s contract offer from Al-Ittihad is obviously eye-watering. Foot Mercato journalist Santi Aouna says it is worth between $400-500m and the Egyptian is willing to make the move if Liverpool accept a bid.
2:55pm: One of the possible options for Liverpool as they consider replacements for Mo Salah is, apparently, Leroy Sane.
That’s the word according to Football Insider, which reports that the Bayern Munich man is ‘regarded as capable as filling Salah’s creative and goalscoring boots’.
There’s interest in another Bayern forward, with Mathys Tel on Eintracht Frankfurt’s list as they look for a replacement for PSG-bound Randal Kolo Muani. But Le Parisien says the teenager is going nowhere today.
2:45pm: The Daily Mail says Brennan Johnson’s medical at Tottenham is scheduled to take place between 4pm and 5pm, with an announcement expected later tonight. Johnson left Forest’s training ground at 2pm.
2:40pm: Burnley are among the clubs keen on Divock Origi, who is set to land in England this afternoon amid interest also from Forest and Fulham.
The Clarets have also flown Mike Tresor in to the North-West, with the Genk winger set to be checked over by Vincent Kompany’s medics before a loan move to Turf Moor.
2:30pm: Two possible options for Trevoh Chalobah today: Bayern Munich or Nottingham Forest?
Bayern were talking to Chelsea about a possible loan deal after being quoted £50million to buy the defender. Which suggests Forest are p*ssing squarely into the wind by bidding £25million, if the Daily Mail are to be believed.
2:15pm: It looks like Mo Salah could yet become the story of deadline day…
Al-Ittihad seem intent on returning to Liverpool with an improved bid. Sky Sports says the Saudi club are ‘getting encouragement from certain quarters’ to try harder, while Ben Jacobs expects any subsequent offer to be in the region of £175million.
2:10pm: Neal Maupay’s Everton nightmare looks to be over. Fabrizio Romano says Brentford have worked through their list of strikers all the way down to their former forward. Maypay will re-sign for the Bees on loan with an option to buy.
2:00pm: According to The Independent, Brennan Johnson is hurtling towards the capital to sign for Tottenham after Forest agreed to sell the striker for £45million, plus £5million in add-ons.
That deal should accelerate Forest’s move for PSV midfielder Ibrahim Sangare. Johnson is already dead to Storey…
Arrival of Ibrahim Sangare – their top target – would make this a potentially transformative transfer window for Forest. I hope there is patience around acclimatisation (6/7 new faces in the first-choice team), because it will take time. But they will have got what they came for.
— Daniel Storey (@danielstorey85) September 1, 2023
1:50pm: Liverpool have rejected a £150million bid for Mo Salah – but the Daily Mail reckons the Reds are exploring possible deals for replacements in case something daft happens that results in the Egyptian heading to Saudi.
Awkward for Liverpool, this. They have until 11pm to sign a replacement for a player they may or may not lose anytime in the next week.
1:45pm: The details of Man Utd’s deal to sign Amrabat from Fiorentina…
United will pay £8.5million for a season-long loan, with the option signing the Moroccan permanently for £17million, with another £4.25million due in potential add-ons.
Which begs the question: what was that £2million bollocks all about earlier in the week?
1:32pm: Erik ten Hag there, stealing his media department’s thunder…
ETH confirms at Carrington presser that Reguilón has signed.
“He’s here. He trained. He will be available.
“He’s an experienced player who has played at big clubs in La Liga & in the PL.
“Shaw and Malacia are injured long-term so we are well covered in that emergency situation.”— Paul Hirst (@hirstclass) September 1, 2023

1:25pm: Wait. The Telegraph says talks over Hojbjerg are continuing so the deal might not be dead yet.
1:2opm: Fulham have hit aother dead-end in their search for a replacement for Joao Palhinha.
The Daily Mail says Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg has turned down a move to Craven Cottage, which could have consequences for Tottenham’s interest in Conor Gallagher.
1:15pm: This is perhaps the most intriguing move of the day…

1:10pm: The prospect of Mason Greenwood leaving Man Utd today has already been mentioned, but rather than the expected loan, 90min says that the player’s representatives were informed this morning that he could be cut loose on a free transfer.
There is interest from Spain (Getafe), Italy (Lazio and Atalanta) and Turkey, but Besiktas have another fortnight to complete a deal if they choose to take on the disgraced former England striker.
12:55pm: Al-Ittihad’s bid for Mo Salah is said to be worth £150million, which Liverpool have rejected.
Are they genuinely serious? Why wait until the final day of the English transfer window to proffer such a huge bid, knowing full well Liverpool would struggle to sign a replacement? If the Saudis really wanted Salah this summer, they could have moved for him any time in recent weeks.
Liverpool, apparently, consider the matter dead. We’ll see…
12:40pm: Man Utd are set to sign a centre-back and sell another…
The Athletic says Jonny Evans will stick around at Old Trafford on a one-year deal. While chaos fans will be thrilled to learn from Football Insider that Fulham and Nottingham Forest both want Eric Bailly to bring his bedlam back to the Premier League.
12:30pm: Just as things were getting a little stale, here comes Orny with the good stuff…

12:25pm: Everton are waiting to bank Fulham’s £22million for Alex Iwobi, and they could supplement that with another £7million from Leicester, with Tom Cannon heading to the King Power, according to Sky Sports.
The 20-year-old has played 23 minutes in the Premier League.

12:10pm: We said PSG had to significantly improve their offer for Randal Kolo Muani. Which they have. By around £20million…
Apparently, a £76million deal is in place with Eintracht Frankfurt – but there are still hurdles to clear, such as the Bundesliga club finding a replacement before 5pm.
12pm: The departure of the private jet waiting in Florence to whisk Sofyan Amrabat has been put back by another hour, with Gazzetta dello Sport reporting that the Fiorentina midfielder is undergoing a medical for United in Pisa. No sign of a deal yet, though.
11:55am: Here’s one way out of left field…
Liverpool are said by Football Insider to be ‘exploring a shock deadline-day move’ for Sunderland midfielder Dan Neil.
Apparently, the Reds have been monitoring Neil for the last year, with Palace, Brentford and Burnley also interested.
11:40am: It was thought that Randal Kolo Muani might be one of the hottest properties of the summer but the France forward seems to have been priced out of much of the speculation.
However, Muani could get a big move today if PSG and Eintracht Frankfurt can find some common ground. The Parisians have until 10pm to vastly improve their most recent bid that was worth £55million and included Hugo Ekitike.
11:35am: The Athletic‘s Daniel Taylor says Ibrahim Sangare to Forest is ‘very likely’ once Brennan Johnson’s move to Tottenham is complete.
Sources elsewhere put the Johnson fee at around £50million including add-ons.
Forest are also preparing to welcome Odisseas Vlachodimos, with the Benfica goalkeeper heading to the East Midlands for a medical.
11:25am: Joao Palhinha has landed in Munich, according to Sky Germany. No word yet on whether Bayern have agreed a fee with Fulham. The Bavarians had an opening offer worth £47million rejected, with the Cottagers said to be looking for closer to £60million.
11:15am: Forest are paying less than £5million for Callum Hudson-Odoi, according to The Telegraph. Remember when Bayern had a £40million offer turned down? And then a loan bid with a £70million obligation?
11:10am: Luton have a game tonight as top-flight football returns to Kenilworth Road but, as well as Van de Beek, the Hatters are also reported by 90min to be interested in Arsenal midfielder Albert Sambi Lokonga and Middlesbrough’s Paddy McNair.
10:55am: The deal between Fulham and Everton for Iwobi is said by Sky Sports to be worth £22million. That could be very good business for the Cottagers if he can replicate the form he showed last year.
10:50am: Brentford had hoped to smash their transfer record by signing Johan Bakayoko for around £40million. But Fabrizio Romano says the forward has told the Bees he’s staying at PSV, at least until January, to play in the Champions League. You would, wouldn’t you?
10:45am: According to Ornstein, Man Utd have sent their director of football negotiations Matt Hargreaves to Florence to sign Sofyan Amrabat. He’ll have to be a world-class operator unless United loosen the pursestrings. Remember, a private jet is waiting to whisk Amrabat to Manchester.
10:40am: Manchester United’s attempts to shove Harry Maguire and Scott McTominay through the door appear to have failed. The Mirror says both will stay at Old Trafford beyond the deadline, which p*sses on Fulham’s chips somewhat, with the Cottagers having been keen to sign the Scotland midfielder.
Donny van de Beek could be on his way, though, with the Manchester Evening News reporting that Luton are interested in the £40million midfielder.
10:35am: Wolves would like to spend some of their Nunes windfall on Harrison Reed, but Fulham are reluctant sellers. That doesn’t mean it won’t happen, mind. And The Times says Everton are also interested having sent Alex Iwobi to Craven Cottage.
10:30am: The biggest deal of deadline day so far, and at £53million, the biggest sale ever completed by Wolves.

10:28am: Forest could be about to lose Brennan Johnson. Multiple sources are reporting that Tottenham are closing in on a deal to sign the forward. Forest have been asking for £50million.
10:25am: Nico Dominguez has arrived at Forest’s training ground ahead of a swap deal that will see Remo Freuler move to Bologna.
As the midfielder arrived, Callum Hudson-Odoi was caught on camera in Forest training kit jumping into the same car to head to his medical.
10:20am: We know Tottenham want a striker and a midfielder. We are also led to believe that they have made a bid for a defender…
The Athletic says Bournemouth have been offered £20million for Lloyd Kelly, which the Cherries have rejected. Quite reasonably, they expect a higher fee, especially given the lack of time to source a replacement.
10:15am: It doesn’t have to be done today, but Steven Gerrard is trying to get the old band back together by teaming up Georginio Wijnaldum with Jordan Henderson in Al-Ettifaq’s midfield. PSG will rake in around £7.7million for the ex-Liverpool star who will sign for three years in Saudi.
10:12am: Fulham are looking for midfielders and they are currently putting one through a medical – Alex Iwobi is in west London ahead of a permanent move from Everton.
10:10am: While we are waiting for Man Utd to confirm the signing of a left-back, they have announced the departure of a right-back, with Marc Jurado returning to Spain to join Espanyol on a permanent deal, three years after he moved to Old Trafford from Barcelona.

9:50am: Back to the flight trackers we go after the Manchester Evening News alerted us to a private jet that is scheduled to fly from Florence to Manchester this afternoon. It is currently estimated to depart just before 1pm. Will Sofyan Amrabat be on it?
9:35am: Jurgen Klopp, with his fingers still singed from Moises Caicedo, has been asked about Ryan Gravenberch
“I cannot talk about that. Nothing has really happened yet. All the decisive stuff has to happen.”
9:30am: Chelsea have confirmed the signing of Cole Palmer from Manchester City for at least £40million. It’s a seven-year contract with the option of an extra year in the club’s favour.

8:50am: Japhet Tanganga’s move to Augsburg has been given the ‘here we go’ treatment by Romano. The Spurs defender will move to Germany on loan for the season with an option to buy.
8:40am: Dortmund had also hoped to sign Armel Bella-Kotchap from Southampton but Sky Germany says that deal is off, with Saints’ demands said to be too rich for BVB. Bella-Kotchap is also said to be an option for Bayern Munich if they fail to land Chalobah from Chelsea. The Bundesliga window closes at 5pm.
8:35am: Yesterday’s news today, for those who missed it last night… Niclas Fullkrug joined Borussia Dortmund for around £12million. Which seems like a bargain for last season’s Bundesliga top scorer, especially in a market where so many clubs are crying out for centre-forwards.
8:30am: A possible departure from Arsenal: Rob Holding could be on his way to Crystal Palace, according to the Daily Mail. Would that not leave the Gunners light at the back?
8:25am: It wouldn’t transfer deadline day without some mention of Yannick Carrasco.
The Belgian winger is heading for Saudi Arabia to have a medical with Al-Shabab after Atletico Madrid accepted an offer in the region of £12million.
Having already spent two years in China, Carrasco’s money pit must be rivalling Scrooge McDuck’s by now.
8:15am: Man Utd are looking to park Mason Greenwood somewhere after initially tying themselves in knots to keep the disgraced forward.
It seemed Besiktas might be Greenwood’s most attractive option but there is no rush there since the Turkish transfer window remains open for another fortnight.
But Sky Italia has suggested there could be movement today, with Lazio having approaching United last night over a deal to take Greenwood to Rome. If they really are keen, Lazio have until 7pm to get it done.
8:00am: Ornstein is awake and prowling like the transfer tiger that he is. His first tidbit this morning: Gravenberch will sign until 2028 at Anfield.

7:45am: Bayern might not have walked away from Trevoh Chalobah after all…
Fabrizio Romano says the Germans are now in talks with Chelsea over a loan move for the defender, with no option or obligation to buy.
Great move for Chalobah, that. If it comes off…
7:40am: Roberto Di Zerbi will face the media at 1:30pm, by which time Brighton might have unveiled Ansu Fati.
The Barcelona starlet arrived on the south coast last night to undergo his medical and a loan deal is expected to be confirmed this morning, with Brighton beating Spurs and Sevilla to the 20-year-old.
New signings need to be registered by midday if they hope to be involved in the weekend’s Premier League action.
7:35am: The latest on Palhinha from Sky Germany: Fulham have granted permission for the midfielder to fly to Munich but they haven’t yet given the green light for him to drop his trousers for Bayern’s doctor while the two clubs continue to negotiate terms.
7:30am: While they have been trying to take Joao Palhinha from Fulham, Bayern Munich nipped up the road to ask Chelsea about Trevoh Chalobah, only for the Blues’ reply to prompt a screeching U-turn…
Apparently, Chelsea wanted £50million for the defender. Which is obviously ludicrous, but also makes complete sense in the context of some of the other business at Stamford Bridge, where Cole Palmer is waiting to be unveiled as a £45million player.
7:25am: Wolves are waiting for Matheus Nunes to complete his £53million move to Manchester City. Then they need to get busy with some signings…
They want Harrison Reed from Fulham, but the Cottagers aren’t interested, according to The Athletic. Wolves are also keen on Southampton striker Che Adams, with Leicester’s Kelechi Iheanacho another option as Gary O’Neil looks to bolster his forward line.
7:20am: The window closes across the continent at different times this evening. The deadline for signings here is at 11pm, as it is in Spain, but elsewhere in Europe…
Germany: 5pm
Italy: 7pm
France: 10pm
7:15am: One of Salah’s former team-mates could be heading back to the Premier League…
AC Milan have made Divock Origi available and Sky Italia says Burnley, Fulham and Forest are all keen on the Belgian. Sheffield United were also known to be interested.
7:10am: While they prepare to welcome Gravenberch, Liverpool fans remain wary of what may or may not happen with Mo Salah.
Al-Ittihad want the Egyptian and Salah is open to a move. So it could be a matter of ‘when’ rather than ‘if’.
A £150million offer is set to land in Liverpool’s laps, with Salah to be paid £1.5million. But it doesn’t have to be today. Saudi Pro League clubs have another week to get their business done, even if it makes absolutely no sense for the Reds to sell after 11pm tonight when they cannot source a replacement.
It seems unlikely that Salah will be packing his bags today. But…
7am: Good morning, you beautiful transfer deviants. Put some pants on and we’ll get summer deadline day 2023 started. It might be a classic…
The majority of Premier League clubs will be pulling up their business socks today, with the big six all set to get down and dirty. No one is above the chaos, which doesn’t speak well of the planning and foresight running though the Premier League, but it makes for damn fine entertainment while they all scramble to do their homework on the bus.
To the Gossip!
Where will the drama be today? Manchester United will be in the thick of it. The Red Devils will almost certainly sign Sergio Reguilon on loan from Spurs since it is widely reported that the Spaniard passed a medical on Thursday night. They should also sign a keeper in the shape of Altay Beyindir from Fenerbahce. Then there is Sofyan Amrabat…
The Morocco midfielder has sat patiently at Fiorentina, waiting for United to make their move. When they eventually picked up the phone, Fiorentina hung up on them after being offered 20 quid, a Fred The Red pencil case, and Mike Phelan’s old jock strap.
Luckily for United, it seems Amrabat still has eyes only for them. There were rumours from Italy that Fulham might make a play for the midfielder as they search for a replacement for Joao Palhinha, who could be Bayern Munich bound, and Fiorentina say ‘there are multiple negotiations ongoing’. But Fabrizio Romano reckons Amrabat is still focused on a move to Old Trafford and the Red Devils will return with at least one more offer that 90min suggests might consist of a £5million loan fee with a £20million option or obligation next summer.
While Amrabat waits for the green light to fly to Manchester, Ryan Gravenberch is already been given the go ahead to take off for Liverpool after the Reds agreed a £34million deal with Bayern.
But Sky Germany says Gravenberch has been held up in Germany after the cancelation of his scheduled flight to the UK on Thursday evening. He will now travel this morning, with a race against time for the Netherlands midfielder to registered for Sunday’s clash with Aston Villa.
Gravenberch’s exit leaves Bayern looking for a No.6, with Palhinha their primary target. 90min says the Bavarians’ opening offer of £47million has been rejected, but with personal terms already agreed, it is expected that a deal will be reached.
So Fulham will be fun to watch today. Sky Sports says they have been in touch with Man Utd regarding Scott McTominay, while the Evening Standard suggests Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg could be heading to Craven Cottage. If neither of those moves come off, Football Insider reckons Fulham could hijack Nottingham Forest’s swoop for Monaco’s Youssouf Fofana.
We can expect Forest to be faffing right up to the deadline. The Daily Mail says they have revived talks with PSV over a move for Ibrahim Sangare, while Fabrizio Romano says Callum Hudson-Odoi is heading to the City Ground from Chelsea, even while Fulham are still sniffing.
And there is always Tottenham. Aside from packing off Reguilon to Old Trafford, Ange Postecoglou wants a midfielder and a forward on deadline day. The Evening Standard says they will go hard for Forest’s Brennan Johnson, while the Telegraph claims Spurs are considering a bid for Chelsea’s Conor Gallagher. Best get a shift on, lads.
Eric Dier could join Reguilon and Hojbjerg through the Spurs exit but Football Insider reports Burnley have been knocked back with their offer to take the England international on loan.
