Chelsea’s players got booed off the pitch at Old Trafford last night when they went over the clap the travelling fans.
Those travelling fans would be perfectly entitled to be asking for their money back today after witnessing one of the most abysmal Chelsea performances in a while.
EXCLUSIVE! Chelsea’s owner WANTS to sign Victor Osimhen and WANTS to bring in a new striker ASAP!
Chelsea were awful, and the blame can be pinned on the manager, the owners, and the players when looking at the overall issues still festering away at the club.
One of the things that many level-headed fans have called out for as a bare minimum is for the club owners to speak to them directly and explain exactly what the project is. But it seems like they very much like to keep themselves to themselves, at least that is according to The Telegraph today.
Matt Law writes, ‘Chelsea’s owners have been keen to foster an image of being open and approachable, and yet the vast majority of supporters are yet to hear or read anything unscripted from them at a time when the questions outweigh any obvious answers.’
Apparently at the annual club dinner last week, they cordoned themselves away from anyone else at the event!
Law continued, ‘Boehly and Co were seated at a table that was cordoned off to most of the 500 attendees and was patrolled by an eagle-eyed security team, who could only be circumnavigated with a flash of a VVIP pass or a neat swerve of the hips.
‘Those outside Chelsea’s circle of trust were left slightly confused as to why they could not get an audience with Boehly and Co.’
