Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has revealed that Mohamed Salah won’t be available for the Premier League clash against Nottingham Forest tomorrow.
The Egypt international has been out for the last few games with a recurrence of a hamstring injury and he has yet to recover fully from the setback.
Speaking in today’s press conference, Klopp said that the game at City Ground will come too soon for the former AS Roma attacker.
The German tactician added that he could be available next week, but refused to provide any assurances of him making the Manchester City game.
Liverpool have been in superb form in recent weeks despite their injury concerns and they are currently top of the league with 60 points.
Tomorrow’s game at Forest is a must-win for them in order to retain their spot for another gameweek. It may not be a straightforward task.
The Reds face a Forest side who are looking to avoid relegation. They won’t be an easy opposition for the Merseyside outfit with home advantage.
