According to a report from Sky Sport journalist Florian Plettenberg (as captured by @iMiaSanMia), Bayern Munich head coach Vincent Kompany will have a big say in what happens with goalkeeper Daniel Peretz this season:
Vincent Kompany will decide on a potential loan move for Daniel Peretz. Peretz’s quality is appreciated internally. The plan was to loan him out this summer, but if Kompany wants to keep him then the club would reconsider. Should Peretz leave on loan, Tom Ritzy Hülsmann and Max Schmitt are candidates for the #3 spot in goal.
Per Sport Bild’s Tobi Altschäffl (via @iMiaSanMia), there are plenty of teams who would be interested in Peretz:
Union Berlin, Anderlecht, FC Copenhagen, Nottingham Forest, Celtic, Real Betis and Villarreal have all enquired about a potential deal for Daniel Peretz. Bayern have no intention of selling the goalkeeper permanently – they are happy with his development and would be open to loan him out this summer to get regular match practice.
With Manuel Neuer and Sven Ulreich coming back, plus Alexander Nübel stashed away with VfB Stuttgart for another season, Peretz could use a year on loan to really market himself for the future.
