Tottenham Hotspur have an abundance of highly regarded talents in their ranks at the moment, as Ange Postecoglou looks to make a self-sustaining team that runs with a feeding academy while competing for the silverware at the very top.
While many of the academy players at the club have been earning rave reviews, one of the lesser-known talents at Tyrese Hall has piled up praise owing to his recent performances for the Under-21s side.
Youngster Tyrese Hall impresses for Spurs U21s
The Lilywhites youngster’s exciting display against the Chelsea Under-21s has earned him high acclamations from John Wenham. The owner of the reputable Spurs podcast, Lilywhite Rose, spoke highly about how the teenager has handled Omari Kellyman, the £19 million Chelsea summer signing who was featured on the opposite side.
Tyrese netted a brace for the Lilywhites as they secured a 2-1 win away in West London. And Wenham, in an exclusive interview with Tottenham News, heaped praise on the North Londoners U21 side and the work that Wayne Burnett has done with the side.

Wenham said:
“To go to Chelsea and win is very impressive. This was a Chelsea team that included £19 million summer signing Kellyman, who played the entire second half. He was absolutely pocketed by Hall and George Abbott in midfield. In addition, Hall also grabbed two goals and won the game for Tottenham.“

“Hall is just continuing to improve, and it is fantastic to see more young players coming through at the under-21 level. What a job Burnett is doing there.”
Tyrese has been making a name for himself for the past year or so, and as a result of his sensational outings, Ange Postecoglou handed him a few minutes in the recently concluded pre-season campaign.
We should see a bit of him in the Europa League this season.
