In Bayern Munich’s last outing, a 3-3 draw with Eintracht Frankfurt, Harry Kane picked up an assist and a knock before getting subbed out with 20 minutes to go. It appears that his injury had not yet healed which explains his separate training session with the England national football team:
Harry Kane did not train with the rest of the England squad today as he continues his recovery. The striker trained indoors on an individualised programme as he enters a race to be fit for Thursday night’s Nations League game against Greece at Wembley.

A couple of players had already pulled out of the England squad due to injuries, so Kane will be hoping not to join the unfortunate few who had to bail. With other players also receiving injuries of varying lengths of recovery, it begs the question: Why are the international football governing bodies not doing anything about it?
