Bayern Munich board member for sport Max Eberl admires the work that VfB Stuttgart is doing from afar.
“It’s been fun to watch Stuttgart. We’re looking forward to the game. They have a lot of young German players. It’s working. It’s remarkable what they’re doing,” Eberl said (as captured @FCBayernEN).
One of the players who has helped VfB Stuttgart become a force in the Bundesliga is Bayern Munich loanee Alexander Nübel.
“We’ve obviously got an eye on him, like all other players out on loan. We’re following his progress. Out of respect for tomorrow’s game, it’s important to accept that he’s Stuttgart’s number one and that Manuel Neuer is ours. We’re pleased he’s doing so well there,” Kompany said (as captured by @iMiaSanMia).
Nübel will get a chance to prove his mettle against his parent team at the Allianz Arena…will he rise to the occasion?
