Man United have received some good news from one journalist, who provided a positive Lisandro Martinez injury update.
Manchester United Football Club were beaten by Arsenal at The Emirates yesterday, during a game where I actually believe the Reds played their best football this season.
It was just one of those days where everything went against Erik ten Hag’s side. Sadly, they happen. All we can do is take the positives from the game and put the result in the rearview.
Once again, the injury problems continued to mount for the 20-time Premier League champions. Both Victor Lindelof and Lisandro Martinez had to be substituted due to various issues.
Reliable journalist, Gaston Edul, has given United a boost, by providing a positive injury update on key Reds starter, Martinez.
According to Edul, Martinez now has ‘no pain’ as it was just an impact blow. As a result, he has ‘no injury’ and will travel for Argentina international duty as planned.

Obviously, this is brilliant news. United are a much better side with Martinez in it. It comes as no surprise to see that the Old Trafford club started to struggle defensively the moment both he and Lindelof went off.
The fact that he’s now going away to play for his country means that there is no injury problem whatsoever and all being well, he should be good to go against Brighton in a fortnight’s time.
I guess the international break has come at a decent time for United, who are dealing with many injuries at the moment. This could allow the club to get at least a few players back before they next play.
