Our confirmed MUFC XI vs Luton Town (Premier League home, 2023/24) is now in.
Manchester United are in a must-win scenario here. Form has not been anywhere close to good enough this term, with matches against the likes of Luton Town presenting a real opportunity to find some form.
Erik ten Hag will be super disappointed with the form from his players so far, while injuries certainly haven’t helped the situation. The Dutch gaffer will be hoping to see a confident performance here, particularly after the midweek frustration and struggles.
In terms of selection, it looks as though Aaron Wan-Bissaka has picked up an injury. There’s also no Jonny Evans after his confirmed problem. Mason Mount and Raphael Varane only make the bench here, which should give you an indication as to who is involved.
Anyway, the team news is now in so let’s give you the full run down.

Andre Onana does start in between the sticks, with the man from Cameroon playing better of late. Let’s hope that continues.
Sergio Reguilon comes back into the side at left-back to prove his worth after being on the bench in the last couple. Diogo Dalot plays at right-back due to the sheer fact that he’s the only available option. Victor Lindelof is in from the off. He starts alongside Harry Maguire.
The midfield three is the same as it was in midweek. Scott McTominay will play at the base here, after some good performances of late. Bruno Fernandes starts and captain’s the team, with Christian Eriksen making up the midfield.
Rasmus Hojlund is still searching for his first league goal. Let’s hope he can find that today. To his right is Marcus Rashford, who is being moved out of position to accommodate Alejandro Garnacho.
