West Ham United attacker Crysencio Summerville has the world at his feet right now – he’s that good.
If he continues to work hard, the sky really will be the limit for him at West Ham.
Julen Lopetegui brought Crysencio Summerville to the London Stadium from Leeds in the summer transfer window, for a fee believed to be worth around £20 million.
However, he had to wait until this Sunday just gone before he properly announced himself to the West Ham fans.
The Hammers have a serious talent on our hands, make no mistake about that.
And with some of the talented attackers we have amongst our ranks, Summerville has the chance to learn from them and improve himself every single week.
West Ham player who Crysencio Summerville really looks up to
Summerville has just been described as an ‘extraordinary and unique’ talent by one of his former coaches, Claudio Braga.
Braga also suggested that the former Leeds man has what it takes to go on and become a world-class player with the Hammers.
It seems like West Ham star Mohammed Kudus could help him go on to fulfil his potential.
The Athletic claim that Summerville views the Ghana international as his mentor, and really looks up to him.
Aside from his actions away at Tottenham a couple of weeks ago, Kudus should be a great mentor for Summerville.
The former Leeds man can learn so much from the ex-Ajax star.
I actually can’t wait to see Crysencio Summerville and Mohammed Kudus play together for West Ham.
The two players could well form a frightening partnership.
Hopefully we manage to keep them both at the club for the foreseeable future, although that will undoubtedly be easier said than done.
