Tottenham Hotspur are set for a busy January transfer window as they are looking to add a midfielder to Ange Postecoglou’s roster with Inter Milan maestro Davide Frattesi linked with a move to White Hart Lane.
The Lilywhites have already brought in Antonin Kinsky, who highly impressed in his debut game against Liverpool this week and was integral for the North Londoners to go into the second leg with a 1-0 lead.
Meanwhile, Tottenham are still hunting for more ceiling-raising recruitments in the ongoing winter transfer window, with defensive rock Milan Skriniar being one of the Lilywhites central targets in the ongoing window. And the club is also ambitious to land another striker with Roland Kolo Muani among the rumours, and in the midfield, Levy is trying to lure away Inter’s Davide Frattesi.
Tottenham hold concrete interest in Frattesi
Darren Lewis said on Last Word on Spurs that the Premier League giants interest in Frattesi had been known for some time and insisted that while Serie A giants Napoli and Roma have expressed interest in the 25-year-old midfielder, the North Londoners interest remains concrete. He said:
“There are some other players as well. Davide Frattesi, he’s a really good player, 25 years old at Inter Milan. He wants to play more regularly. Napoli and Roma are interested in him, but Tottenham have concrete interest in him and have had for some time.”
Frattesi has had little game time at Inter this season, having only enjoyed four starts out of 15 appearances in an aggregate of 612 minutes on the pitch in the Serie A.
Meanwhile, Tottenham are struggling to choose a settled midfield throughout the season, and the addition of Frattesi could be just what head coach Ange Postecoglou needs.

Daniel Levy and Tottenham will be keeping a close eye on Frattesi’s situation at San Siro, and it would be a huge signing for Ange Postecoglou’s side if Levy can get a deal, with Postecoglou looking to push towards the season’s objectives despite an underwhelming first half of the campaign.
