Lesser spotted Gianluca Scamacca seen at the London Stadium for lap of honour but his West Ham future remains unclear.
When West Ham spent £35m to bring Gianluca Scamacca to the London Stadium last summer it seemed like the perfect signing.
But after just 11 Premier League starts for the Hammers, the 6ft 5in Italian is being heavily linked with a move back to his homeland.
Scamacca is dividing opinion among some Hammers fans.
Many believe the club should keep hold of Scamacca and give him another chance to prove his worth next season.
Those supporters feel that, with a full pre-season behind him and the Hammers starting next season with a clean slate, Scamacca could go on to be a success.

Others think Scamacca is not suited to a team like West Ham, who – under Moyes at least – need a hard-working, powerful all-rounder in the Michail Antonio mould up front.
Moyes had publicly criticised the 6ft 5in forward, calling for him to do more and improve his fitness before his season was ended when he required a knee operation.
But the Scot has also insisted Scamacca is not a bad apple, insisting he is a ‘good boy’.
Sometimes, as West Ham saw with Sebastien Haller, a player just does not fit at a certain club. Whether it is the system, playing style, the league – whatever it may be.
Italian striker linked with return home this summer
The forward has been linked with a summer move to six of Serie A’s biggest clubs.
And he has been recovering from the knee operation which ended his season back in Italy. He was back in town for the Leeds game, though.

When West Ham’s players, staff and loved ones walked around the pitch for the “lap of appreciation” Scamacca was there – in West Ham training get-up.
The striker was walking around the pitch charring with compatriot Angelo Ogbonna. He made no gestures or waves to the crowd which suggested he might be off in the summer.
Latest speculation claims a deal for Scamacca to join AC Milan on loan is already in the works.
Whatever happens, he did at least play an important part in West Ham’s Conference League campaign.
And if that ends in glory against his fellow Italians Fiorentina in Prague, then it won’t have been the worst of debut seasons after all.
