Liverpool’s ‘worst signing in Jurgen Klopp era’ Arthur Melo offered to West Ham after Anfield exit
Tuttosport reckon that the 26-year-old Juventus midfielder has been offered to the Hammers.
I really hope that Moyes doesn’t take the Italians up on their offer. The South American was a truly awful loan signing for Liverpool last season.
Arthur was dubbed as ‘the worst signing in the Jurgen Klopp era’ at Liverpool (Give Me Sport).
He only made one appearances for the Reds last season – a 13 minute cameo in the Champions League.
West Ham signing Arthur Melo would be a real backwards step for the club as far as I’m concerned.
It would also make the recent appointment of Tim Steidten completely pointless.
In all fairness, I don’t believe Moyes will bring Arthur to the London Stadium this summer. the Scot needs to add pace, power, athleticism, energy and dynamism to his engine room.
And Arthur Melo doesn’t possess any of this attributes.
