Arsenal will be looking to close the gap on Manchester City this season. Mikel Arteta’s side have made big moves already in the summer window and have signed the likes of Declan Rice from West Ham, Kai Havertz from Chelsea and Jurrien Timber from Ajax.

When signings must be registered to play this weekend?
Players must be registered 12pm the working day before a game. Manchester City and Burnley had until midday yesterday to register any new signings.
Meanwhile, the rest of the Premier League teams will have until 12pm today.
Liverpool will be hoping they can sign Moises Caicedo in time for their clash with Chelsea on Sunday.
The Reds have successfully hijacked Chelsea’s move for Caicedo and agreed to a British record £110million deal with the Brighton midfielder overnight.
Earlier this week, Arsenal reached a £30m agreement with Brentford for goalkeeper David Raya as the player prepares to become Arteta’s next star signing.
The goalkeeper will join the north London club on an initial £3m loan with the option to buy set at £27m. The Gunners will be eager to register the player in time for their match with Nottingham Forest.

With the summer window officially open, it will run until Friday, September 1 and will close at 11pm.
However, the summer window in La Liga, Serie A and Bundesliga is expected open on Saturday, July 1.
