Bayern Munich’s Jamal Musiala has the world at his feet. He is arguably one of the best footballers in the world, and possibly the best inverted left-winger at the moment. The player has no price tag because he is invaluable to Bayern.
It is no surprise that the club want to extend him at all costs.
Well, guess what? Contract talks seem to have begun, and it seems like both parties are in good spirits. According to Abendzeitung’s Maximilian Koch (as captured by @iMiaSanMia), the club has expressed its appreciation, and the player’s camp seems to be happy with the situation.
The start of negotiations between Bayern and Jamal Musiala was positive – there was a good conversation last week in Munich. Both sides have the same goals for the future. Bayern made it clear to Musiala how much they appreciate him [@_kochmaximilian] pic.twitter.com/LWfj5ZrYue

The club will undoubtedly do all it can to avail his services long-term. It is likely that the attack is structured around the player, so it only makes sense to put pen to paper as soon as possible.
With players like Paul Wanner and Aleksandar Pavlović also in Bayern’s future plans, and Florian Wirtz rumoured to be a major transfer interest, things seem to be shaping up quite nicely for a seamless transition.
We now lie in wait and place our faith on the Bayern board.
