Bayern Munich recently loaned out Bryan Zaragoza, a massive Spanish talent who could potentially be a major addition to the Bayern squad, to Osasuna FC. However, a few months before his expected return to Munich, the Spaniard suffered an injury.
According to a report captured by @iMiaSanMia, Zaragoza suffered a metatarsal fracture, that is, a fracture to a bone in the foot. The injury itself is not too serious, however, the club expects Zaragoza to be on the sidelines for a long time. The expected recovery time is around six-to-eight weeks, which is already very long, but most players recover from an injury like this in around three months. Considering that Osasuna is putting the effort to break into the European tournament spots on the La Liga table, this particular injury is definitely going to set them back.
After recent comments from Bryan Zaragoza’s agent on Thomas Tuchel and the problems Bryan faced at Bayern, it’s almost as if it was a hit was ordered by the German coach (only kidding…maybe).
