Former Bayern Munich player Angelo Stiller has had a growing role in each game for Germany, since his first appearance in September. The Stuttgart midfielder played a large part in Germany’s win over the Dutch in Munich and is now considered a possible starting midfielder going forward. Unfortunately, that role will now be postponed as Stiller has left the German camp due to an injury.
The DFB reported that Stiller has left the team after muscular issues and will miss both the games in the November window. This is a major loss for Germany as there is no clear stability in midfield for the national team since the key retirements this past summer.

On top of this, Pavlović is also injured and the midfield will likely be returned to Andrich and Groß as previously. Julian Nagelsmann has already confirmed that there will be no replacement for Stiller. Sorry Goretzka, it is not happening.
Regardless of key injuries, Germany excelled in the last international window and this should leave no reason to doubt their performance this time around.
Wirtz sick, U-20s providing training bodies
In addition to Stiller, Florian Wirtz is sick, which prompted Nagelsmann to use U-20 players Pascal Klemens and Nelson Weiper during his practice session pr Bild (as captured by @iMiaSanMia):
Pascal Klemens (19/Hertha) and Nelson Weiper (19/Mainz) trained with the senior national team today as replacements for Florian Wirtz (infection) and Angelo Stiller (muscular problems). Klemens and Weiper are currently with the German U20 national team, who are also having their preparation at the DFB Campus in Frankfurt
