Bayern Munich attacking midfielder Jamal Musiala has endured a number of coaching changes in his club and national team career in recent years — but it has not interrupted his progression to stardom.
The 21-year-old simply takes the best lessons he can from everyone.
“I have a very good relationship with [Bayern coach] Vincent [Kompany] and the entire coaching staff. We’re very open with each other. We all want to win things and improve,” Musiala said at a press conference while on Germany duty this week (as captured by @iMiaSanMia). “The same goes for [Germany coach] Julian [Nagelsmann]. We spoke a lot, especially when I was younger and just becoming a regular starter. He helped me a lot to do things better. For me it’s always about being open and taking criticism and advice well.”
Sounds like a young man with a good head on his shoulders.
