Goals from Trevoh Chalobah and Eberechi Eze sunk Southampton at Selhurst, as Crystal Palace came from behind to win 2-1 against Ivan Juric’s side.
Tyler Dibling opened the scoring in the 15th minute, but the visitors’ lead was short-lived, as Palace struck back moments after the half-hour mark.
The Saints are now winless in 10 games, as their new manager is yet to pick up a point after losing 1-0 to West Ham on Boxing Day.
They languish dead last in the Premier League table on just six points, nine from safety.
Meanwhile, Palace were able to climb up to 15th, breathing down the necks of Man United, who lie one place and just two points ahead of The Eagles.
